Job Description

• SUMMARY

  • Service/Department: Operations
  • Location: Granby and surrounding area
  • Reports to: Director of Operations
  • Position type: Regular full-time

• RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sharpen drill bits;
  • Maintain the sharpening equipment in your department;
  • Be proactive in completing various tasks;
  • Actively participate in other warehouse tasks:
    • Keep the area clean and orderly;
    • Sweep floors, empty garbage cans, and make sure equipment is properly stored;
    • Receive supplier parts orders;
    • Operate a forklift;
    • Move equipment;
  • Help manage inventory;
  • Apply occupational health and safety standards;
  • Perform all related tasks requested by your manager.

• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • No formal education required, but relevant training is an asset;
  • Experience as a warehouse clerk.

• SKILLS

  • A valid forklift operator licence;
  • A valid driver’s licence;
  • Good physical strength, with lifting that may exceed 20 kilos;
  • Dynamic and energetic;
