Replenishment Clerk

You will report to the Mechanical Foreman. You will be responsible for ensuring constant product availability and managing inventory control.

Salary: $55,000 to $70,000, depending on your profile and experience.

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the consultant to implement the inventory system;
- Process purchase orders using the MIR-RT software;
- Place part orders with suppliers;
- Monitor delivery timelines;
- Follow up, verify, and correct purchase orders, including min/max levels;
- Manage inventory;
- Supply parts to mechanics;
- Create and manage products and pricing lists in the system;
- Receive and store merchandise;
- Manage product returns to suppliers;
- Supervise the team of couriers and drill bit sharpeners.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- DEC or AEC in purchasing or procurement (an asset);
- 2 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry;
- Knowledge of the MIR-RT inventory management system (an asset).

- You are proficient with MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel);
- You communicate with ease;
- You are responsible and well-organized;
- You take initiative and know how to prioritize;
- You maintain excellent interpersonal relationships;
